i’ll do the spoiler tag and put it under the cut like usual but like, i have four main fics planned for this series as well as a couple one shots that i’m gonna throw in here and there, i know i can be slow to update sometimes but i have SOOO much planned and so many ideas for this series yall holy shit

okay so the sequel introduces harley’s pov!! the entire first chapter is basically a recap of the first fic from harley’s perspective as well as a lot of background for him, like his sister and his mom and how he handles tony’s death and stuff. it starts on the day of the infinity war snap, where harley is snapped away, so the opening line of the chapter is this:

Harley Keener’s worst nightmare comes true.

He dies in Rose Hill, Tennessee.

this first fic has been PETER’S story post nwh, right? so the sequel is peter AND HARLEY’s story post the first fic, and then the third fic will introduce the rest of the spidey squad’s pov’s which will carry into the last fic!!

the sequel’s title changed from my original idea, also, so now the sequel is gonna be called:

darling, won’t you take me home?

and the description lyrics are gonna be:

you’re the song on the radio i never play

you’re the words in my soul that i wanna say

from this song!!

a couple things i’ll also share real quick

ned, mj, and flash play roles in the sequel

more of tony’s influence—esp the presence of happy and rhodey and pepper and morgan. they may not remember peter but they DO know harley and try to check up on him

protective harley to the point of maybe going too far sometimes. lots of big emotions to juggle.

harry angst rises, will become much bigger in third fic

there’s a one shot that i’m planning to post before the first chapter of the sequel that centers around peter’s birthday

lots of harley’s internal dialogue making it clear that he’s pretty good at keeping his composure even when he is mentally flipping shit (i.e. he kept his cool when peter confirmed the existence of the multiverse but hasnt stopped thinking about it since)

gwen being SO badass and also dumb lesbian representation who is also struggling with thinking she might not be a good friend

did i mention harley and some lowkey anger problems? (:
